Appreciation not Gratitude
“I believe that appreciation is a holy thing--that when we look for what's best in a person we happen to be with at the moment, we're doing what God does all the time. So in loving and appreciating our neighbor, we're participating in something sacred.” Mr. Fred Rogers

Self-Care: Wear hair ties or jelly bracelets on your left arm and switch when you notice true connection or awe. Remember, I say you’re only 5 feet from something to appreciate.
Play Idea: Set up a game of HORSE in the house using beanie babies. I’m going to use a pillow as the target, you could use a laundry basket or hula hoop. Bring the fun indoors with the new early sunset.
