She consults with organizations to invest in the well-being of their greatest asset -their people. She advises leaders and entrepreneurs on how to live and work in a way that empowers them to thrive. Lisa is the author of two books: Gems of Delight and Your Light is Rising. She started a podcast last year called Delightful, where she helps listeners live a life they deeply love and follow what delights their heart. She is a mom to two teenagers. She and her family live in Maryland with their dog, Sherlock, and the mountains outside their backdoor.
