365. 5 Small Acts of Self-Compassion to do before December! 

  1. Move your body in a way that feels good: dancing, stretching, running, biking, yoga.
  2. Laugh!  Motherhood is way too serious to be serious all the time
  3. Clean out your socks, underwear, and bras.  What do you need?  I mention pjs-- I love these  Joyspun Women's Ribbed Velour Top and Pants Pajama Set with Oversized Scrunchie, 3-Piece, Sizes S to 3X - Walmart.com
  4. Have a 1:1 with each person in your house to know what tradition matters, you'll be left with a manageable, meaningful list.
  5. Be still with yourself for 10 minutes.  Still and silent. Let yourself notice your light.

Family Fun: Play the keepy uppy game with a balloon and Christmas songs.

Self-Care:  Clean your purse and prep it for the cold weather season.  Mini Kleenex, lip balm, hand lotion, hand gell, coins for the bell ringers?  Take care of future you.
