Self-Care:  Listen to music you enjoy and sing!  Make a playlist that’s 10 minutes long and choose songs that just make you smile and feel like the pre-motherhood you.

Play Idea:  Add play to moments that aren’t fun—like getting dressed.  Turn your child’s arms into octopus legs and enjoy this age and stage.  Laughing is good for the both of you!
