Self-Care Action

Test your self-compassion.

During the day write down all the things you did.   At the end of the day read the list of everything you accomplished and give yourself credit.

Play Idea:

Make homemade bubbles!  Blow them inside the bath. Blow them in the shower.  Or make bubble foam with your blender for the ultimate sensory experience.
