  1. No cell phone in my bedroom.

Set an alarm on your phone to go to bed.  Want more challenge?  Leave your phone in a different room and ignore it for the first hour of your day.

Move cotton balls around your dining room table with only the power of breath through a straw. Can you make a heart-shaped course for it?  Will this be a new Valentine tradition?
