363. Changing Generational Patterns with Lynsey
Retzlaff
Lynsey Retzlaff, MSW, LCSW is a Mental Wellness expert,
keynote speaker, working mom coach, licensed psychotherapist, and
mother of two. She has formal training in multiple evidence-based
treatment modalities and over 10 years of experience as a
psychotherapist. Lynsey has worked at one of the few evidence-based
trauma (PTSD) residential programs in the United States and has
worked with over 1,000 clients. She works with individuals,
leaders, corporations, and churches who recognize that any personal
or business goals can only be completed with self-aware, safe, and
mentally healthy individuals and leaders. Her insights can be seen
in Parade Magazine.
She changed her life narrative to one of growth, happiness,
and mental wellness after experiencing her own mental health
struggles. Through learning what keeps her clients stagnant with
their goals and implementing methods that changed her own life for
the better, Lynsey created the C.L.E.A.R. Method to Renewed Living™
to teach others how to feel fulfilled and effectively progress in
their personal and professional goals.
She is passionate about helping individuals change their life
narratives by challenging core childhood beliefs through safe
environments and emotionally intelligent individuals.

1) How do generational patterns form?
2) How do these patterns affect mom and child, i.e. parenting
styles?
3) What are the benefits of challenging core belief systems
for mom and child?
4) How do you change the belief systems?
Self-Care: Lynsey likes to try out luxury items like a
hotel alone and a facial at a spa. But also, she enjoys a
solid nightime routine where she nourishes herself.
Family Fun: Change up the enviroment! Eat dinner on
the trampoline or under the table. Look for ways to add
novelty to your daily family life.
