This episode is inspired by both Emily Freeman and Anne Bogel (Modern Mrs. Darcy)  The practice is to write down things that are making you happier and your life better.  It's easy to know what's slowly killing you by 1,000 papercuts.  But what is saving your life right now?


#1-- Page a Day Calenders at Dinner

We read from 3.  Life Hacks, Trivia a Day, Word a Day.


#2-- Precut fruit and veggie trays.


#3- 5 minutes outside sitting no matter the weather.  


#4- The Merlin Bird ID App.  I love the fact it can record the sounds around you and tell you the birds you hear in real-time.


#5-- Two Types of Tiny Notes.  1) I bought lunch box jokes on Amazon and slip them into my girls lunchboxes everyday.  I didn't think they cared, until I was told that I forgot.  So now, I make surenot to miss a day.   2) On Thursday's I have an alarm that goes off on my phone to remind me to write a sticky note of appreciation for everyone in my house. I make sure not to forget myself.  What you water grows


#6- Oven Tricks.  Oven grilled cheese, oven scrambled eggs, oven pancake bars.  So much easier and everyone gets to eat at the same time.


#7-- PopSocket on my kindle.
