My 5 Step System for the Best Summer Ever
1) What's the feeling I want to remember from this summer?
2) What would a month of that feeling include?
3) What would a week of that feeling need?
4) What needs to be in my daily plans?
5) What about my morning and evening?
Value the small moments most. The little moments, often turn into the big moments in our memories.
Self-Care Idea: Take 10 minutes and daydream about what you need for summer. Work my 5 step system on paper. Real paper.
